At London Islington Handball Club, we’re proud to have a diverse and passionate group of teams, united under the spirit of the Rats and Ratitas. With 6 teams—2 women’s, 3 men’s, and a youth squad—we offer a place for everyone to enjoy handball, from competitive players to those who love the game for fun. Our women’s and men’s teams compete across different levels, including the Premier and Regional Leagues, always driven by a love for the sport, teamwork, and the desire to improve. We also re-launched our youth program, inspiring and developing the next generation of handball talent.
